Colinton Country Cattery - 5 star luxury for your cat

We ask for a deposit of £50 per booking unless the total invoice for the booking is less than this, in which case the full amount should be paid. The deposit is due one calendar month before commencement of booking and will be deducted from the final invoice.

The balance must be paid on day of departure by cash, cheque or debit card.

For new customers the total invoice should be paid on arrival for your cat’s first visit. Thereafter, you will be asked to pay the deposit in advance and the balance on day of departure.

If a booking is cancelled more than 14 days before the arrival day the deposit will be refunded in full. If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days before the arrival day then a refund will be given only for those days which we are able to re-sell.

Dates booked must be paid for even if you collect your cat early. If you cannot collect your cat on the intended departure day please let us know as soon as possible as it is probable that we will have another cat booked into that chalet later that day.

Pick up and drop off can be arranged at a fee of £20 per journey.

All cats must have their vaccination record up to date and we need to see the record of this before a cat is admitted. We advise that all cats also have routine flea and worm treatments before boarding. Male cats who have reached maturity must be neutered.

We are happy to administer medication, including injections, prescribed by a vet. There will be an extra charge of £1 per day for this service.

We stock a wide range of the proprietary brands of both wet and dry cat food and will feed what you request. If your cat is on an unusual or prescription diet we may ask you to provide this.

We supply all food, litter, bedding etc, but you are welcome to bring your cats own bed, blanket or toys if you wish.  We cannot supply scratch posts so if your cat likes to use one you can bring this too.
